‘Violin Kids Play for Kids’
The Suzuki Music Academy’s children violinists have enjoyed enthusiastic receptions by the children and parents attending the Academy’s signature ‘Violin Kids Play for Kids’ presentations for Broward and City of Plantation Libraries ‘Story Time Specials’.
‘Violin Kids Play for Kids’ is a program designed to give even the youngest children and their families an ideal kid-friendly introduction to the world of classical music through fun-filled interactive musical songs and games, along with performances by Academy children violinists.
Upcoming ‘Kids Play for Kids’ Story Time visits to Nova Southeastern University Alvin Sherman Library, Young at Art Children’s Museum, and other libraries throughout Broward, will be posted here and on our UPCOMING EVENTS and KIDS PLAY FOR KIDS CORNER pages, when times, dates, and other details are confirmed.

On Saturday, May 4th, families with children of all ages came from all over South Florida with their picnic blankets and lunches to join the fun at Teddy Bears Picnic. America’s Suzuki Music Academy’s children violinists made a special guest appearance at the event that featured storytelling and book readings by famous authors of children’s books and took place in the beautiful courtyard area of the Helen B Hoffman Plantation Children Library.
Kids brought their favorite teddy bears and marched in a splendid Parade of the Teddy Bears for the Grande Finale!!!

The Academy’s first ‘Violin Kids Play for Kids’ performance for 2019 took place at the Helen B. Hoffman Children’s Library at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2019, for the library’s after-school ‘Story Time’ special attended by kids of all ages and their families.
America’s Suzuki Music Academy’s children violinists ages, 4 and up, performed classic favorites, featuring music by Bach, Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Brahms that, combined with interactive songs and games, made it an ideal kid-friendly introduction to the world of classical music, classical music performance, and classical music study.
Admission was free for this event that was open to the public.

The 2017 ‘Children’s Classic Holiday Concert’ Review
The Suzuki Music Academy’s widely-acclaimed children violinists performed ‘Children’s Classic Holiday Concert’, a concert for families with children of all ages featuring traditional holiday music, to a standing-room-only audience on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the Stirling Road Branch Library, 3151 Stirling Road, Hollywood, FL 33312. The children violinists, ages 3 and up, also performed classic favorites by Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Handel, and Beethoven for this concert.
